After the first 7inches and the Soul Scars LP Disfear released their second longplayer 1997. As expected crushin Swedish hardcore combining the intensity and bleak anti war imagery of early UK bands with the heaviness of Swedish Death Metal and Crust. 14 tracks of straight-up d-beat.
Only pressed once on vinyl (with the song ‘The Defenceless’ exclusive for the vinyl edition) in a 1000x copy run you can get this classic now.
Recorded March-May 1997 at Sunlight Studios, Stockholm, produced by Fred Estby, Tomas Skogsberg and Disfear, engineered by Fred Estby.
2022 Brad AUDIOSIEGE did a brilliant work like always mastering the vinyl version to get the sound the band was aiming for for this release.
The artwork was slightly modified after the bands ideas by Kurzi SHORTRIVER.
The record comes on heavy 180g vinyl in heavy 350g/sqm gatefold cover.
We also did a limited bonus 7″ with the previously unreleased track Another Greedy Killing and the Discharge cover Realities of War the band, Havocrecords and I will add to special editions.
